Our retreat welcomes everyone, regardless of yoga experience or body type. Whether seasoned or just starting, join us to deepen your practice in a supportive environment. Bring a friend for shared relaxation or embark on a solo journey to connect with others.

The Retreat costs £425 per person, sole occupancy with ensuite.
Payment is in two installments - a £150 deposit* is payable on booking with the balance payment due 8 weeks before the Retreat.
*If you wish to pay the full amount upon booking, please let Liz know by making a note on your booking form. Installment options are also available, just ask.

Guests are asked to bring their own mats & props. A list of props will be provided upon booking. (You are welcome to borrow props for the weekend, by prior arrangement).

Renew & Bloom Day Retreat
Join us for Renew and Bloom, a one-day retreat dedicated to preparing for the arrival of Spring—the season of hope, renewal, & new beginnings. As we approach the Spring Equinox, a moment of perfect balance between light & dark, we’re inspired by the promise of longer, warmer days ahead. What seeds do you want to plant & nurture over the coming months?
We’ll start our day with a refreshing smoothie & an uplifting breath practice to awaken our energy. Through guided meditation, we’ll explore our visions for growth & set meaningful intentions for the season ahead. To deepen this connection & seal our intentions we’ll enjoy the ancient tradition of Ceremonial Cacao, ethically sourced from a farm in Belize that holds a special place in my heart.
We’ll move into a grounding yet energising yoga practice, designed to support personal growth. A nourishing, seasonal lunch, lovingly prepared by Julie of Bilberry Bee, will refresh & restore us for the afternoon. As our day progresses, we’ll embrace more grounding practices, closing with a deeply restorative Savasana & a balancing Yoga Nidra to guide us into rest & renewal.
We’ll end the retreat with tea, delicious treats, & journaling—a space to reflect on intentions set, & carry the energy of the day forward into Spring.

Thrive into Summer Day Retreat
Step into the warmth of Summer & embrace the fullness of the season with Thrive into Summer, a blissful day retreat celebrating the sun & the abundance it brings.
This retreat offers a perfect opportunity to indulge in self-care, find inspiration, & reclaim space for yourself. We’ll begin with a seasonal smoothie & a grounding pranayama & meditation practice to reconnect body & mind. To further open our hearts to the season’s abundance, we’ll enjoy the ancient tradition of Ceremonial Cacao, ethically sourced from a farm close to my heart in Belize.
Next, we’ll honor the sun & our bodies with a succulent yoga flow, embracing poses that invite Summer’s vibrant energy to flow through us. We’ll move & breathe with fullness, savoring the moments of movement & stillness alike. A seasonal vegan lunch, lovingly prepared by Hannah of Lucky Squirrel Kitchen, will nourish us for the afternoon.
We’ll finish with a restorative Savasana & a Thrive into Summer Yoga Nidra, guiding us into deep relaxation & supporting our transition into this season of action & vitality. We’ll wrap up the day with tea, delicious treats, & reflective journaling—creating space to set intentions & carry the day’s energy forward into Summer.
