Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Bring extra layers so you can be cosy for relaxation. If you’re practising with me from your own home you’ll ideally have a mat & a blanket/towel. Nice extras to have but not at all necessary, would be: Yoga blocks (or chunky hardback books), a bolster (or towels rolled up in a blanket) and an eye pillow if you want to be extra luxurious in relaxation. If you are booked onto a Retreat I’ll give you a list of suggested things to bring to make your practice & stay as comfortable as possible.

Nope, not at all. Come exactly as you are :)

Please notify me ahead of class if you have any injuries so that I can offer specific variations of yoga poses during class. If you are practising in your own home, please set yourself up with enough space around you to avoid injury during class. By participating in a BYoga online class you acknowledge that BYoga accepts no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of practicing in your own space.
