When I was first introduced to yoga in my twenties, I thought yoga was more about the physical shapes, something to practice in order to ‘improve’. After an on-off love-affair with Yoga & the birth of my third child, I began a regular practice and something ‘clicked’ as I realised the transformative benefits yoga can bring to body and mind when juggling the everyday demands of work, children and family life.

I feel so passionate about sharing the positive benefits that yoga can bring to all, in everyday life. Whether it’s simply becoming more aware of our thought patterns and breathing, or carving out space in your day to move your body, wherever you are in your yoga journey I’m here to support you to practice what feels good.
